Booked ticket via goibibo, boarding was on time.
But the coach I got had broken AC, the bus conductor inserted his hand towel in it to obstruct the cool air flow.
The journey was okay, reached destination on time.

Can change boarding point from lalghati to isbt in a minute and expect passenger to reach there in 10-15 mins in peak traffic time.
