★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I am a regular passenger of deep travels. But today 22.07.2021 the bus no GJ 18 AZ 9091 driver taken rs 500 from me for bhopal to indore and then also no seat is available. I given rupees 500 and not get seat. I complited my journey in bus cabin from bhopal to indore. And for that the driver taken 500 rupees from me and he was so roud and abusing all time.Very bad experience. I suggest chartered bus, and varma travels is better option for travel.

They cancelled bus journey and transferred me in Deep Travels after consent.Bus pick up me at 09:00 pm then in the morning at 03:30 am on jambuva bypass it got breakdown....then upto 1:17 pm still we got trapped but there is no solution...they are asking that another bus is on the way from Indore...after breakdown 10 hours has been passed
Very bad & third class management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was good before, but recently the service is poor. The bus reached extremely late (4 hours to be precise) and when asked the driver and his attender were extremely rude to answer. Missed my Office for thr day and we were also made to change the bus mid way !!
