Worst guys ever and from Wrong commitments of delivery , to a delayed delivery with no one owning up , nor updating you , nor even picking calls , to shoddy installation. Folks blame Daikin for not delivering and having installation guys who do not know their work. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service after delivery. Had issue of water leakage after installation and after complaining to Mr Vivek multiple times he made false comitment of sending a guy to fix it but nobody showed up and Mr. Vivek eventually stopped answering calls.
Not at all recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I am the most stupid person to have gone to their store without reading the reviews. There hasn't been a worst AC dealer ever than them. They actually spoil the Daikin brand name and I wonder how the company has given them dealership. Absolute false commitments by Mr Vivek and Mr Aman. They installed the AC and all wrong fitting. Had to remove the whole thing when I told that the alignment was not right. They did the whole thing all over again. Then didn't pack the AC gaps saying will do it next day. The next day came today after 5 days of constant follow up. Guys they are the worst dealer ever to buy from.Aman and Vivek stopped picking calls and the owner would say he'll get it sorted but it's taken 5 days now. I wish there was an option of negative or zero rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst AC dealer ever. Guys please beware of Manish Jain and his team. They are fraudsters. When you politely request them for delivery and services. They will abuse you and will give you lame excuses. As a concerned citizen, I request you to visit some other dealer and not them.
