★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the shop at golf course road gurugram. The sales personnel was very helpful and patient at time of purchase and asked us to give a five star rating if we wanted Rs 2000 shop discount extra at purchase, so we gave one.
Product variety on display was good. Quality of products are excellent. Our second purchase from wooden street.
Later after the purchase was completed he back tracked on his commitment to get the products of our first purchase repaired as he had promised. I had to contact his boss later to get it done. He mislead us stating that at purchase the amount will be converted to 3 interest free emi but it was a lie as we later realized that there was a processing fees and interest on EMI and 18% GST on all these. When I called him he was so rude and dismissive as are all the sales personnel at golf course road gurgaon.
The products are good but the sales personnel are extremely rude and post sales they don't help out in case of any issue. Post sales problems are rarely corrected at wooden street. So buy at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use woodenstreet.com for anything. I had ordered sofa covers and they tortured me for more than a month. They took 1 month to dispatch the product and the quality was very bad.
Upon raising the complain, they said they will get the product picked up buy its again a lot of follow up and product is not picked up. My money is stuck. The customer care is very bad. They will keep you in queue for 30 mins and then call will get disconnected.
There are other better option available in the market. Please use them.

Had ordered a trundle bed for my kid(order date -05-Feb-2022), with custom mattress.Had specifically requested at the store if that can be delivered in 5 weeks as had kids birthday in 6th week.Since the standard delivery time is 5-7 weeks, they promised to do so..They delivered something at the end of 6th week(no complains there as that's their delivery time even if we requested and they had agreed..). The mattresses all different size (standard sized one..wouldn't even fit the bed)..the bed was scratching the wooden flooring. requested them to take back the things and deliver the quality product as was promised. delivery person said it would be done next day..Checked back with them after 3 days..Said again would take 10 more days..Checked after 10 (01-April-2022) days..mattresses still in production..would take 4-5 more days..the wait still continues..I can't believe a customised mattress for the bed which is sold by the store would need 2-3 weeks. I got one customised for bed from sleep-well in less than 4 days..it was delivered on the 4th day..
Their customer support team would chase you every week if you register on their site..but would not even have time to respond to queries post you have purchased..there were 3 different people chasing me from wooden street before the purchase..For my complaints on the bed when I call the same people ..they are either busy in meeting or would call me in a min or by the evening..After chasing so much..I have requested them to keep the bed and mattresses for themselves..I have lost interest in that product..
Poor experience over all..I can't comment on the quality..as they haven't even able to deliver a product which was purchased 2 months back...
Further update 10 April ..despite owner posting that it would be taken care..no one cares to respond.... that speaks volumes about how they care for their customer....They have taken the bed as a gift from my side..hope you guys get good sleep on that..

Though we were quite impressed with their quality & finishing,
the only challenge was their delivery timelines.
I was quite in two minds whether to order or not,after reading many negative reviews to this effect.
And here I must mention that Pranav from their Ggn experience centre played a pivotal role in converting our intention to buy into sale.
He constantly assured us, hand holding us through the entire process from right selection, order processing till upto delivery and installation.
Their sales team is quite efficient but the delivery and post sales support not so.
But the overall efforts & pain was worth it.
You would really need to plan ahead in case you opt for them.

The brand may need to revisit their exchange policy and credit note policy to make it more customer friendly.

First you have to pay full amount for product you buy and after that you have to wait untill and unless they want to deliver. No coordination between sales person, production team and delivery team. Sales person's job is limited to sales after that you won't have any contact person for your problem or delay. Internally they decide the date of delivery after delay, till then they keep lying to you until that day comes. After purchase you have only customer care as point of contact behind customer care you don't know who is talking to you mean their customer support can become owner of wooden street and start doing false commitment. If they give you fault products you can't do anything because you have already pay full amount for that product. So moral of the story buy product at your own risk

Ordered 2 armchairs and 1 carpet on 6 April, it's currently 9 May.
After weeks I followed up and was told carpet failed QC checks. No other intimation from their side and I wouldn't have known if I didn't call. They processed a refund for that.
Armchairs still under processing for eons now. They were ready apparently 3 weeks ago and I've been following up every week. Every week there is some QC issue and they promise that we will get it by that weekend. Today again I followed up and they said it will dispatch in a week. No doubt their quality is fine but delivery is not to be trusted. You will get products based on your luck. Products are priced at high rates and 100% is taken in advance so your money is stuck. No refunds are given. So try at your own risk. Hope we get our armchairs soon.
