★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this shop M Studio because they show something and deliver cheap quality on high pricing. We purchased sofa for our parents and after 2 months the cushioning and cloth loosens from the frame. We called them but they keep on blaming to others and after running behind them we got repaired from Krishna furniture and spent 12k more Wasted 45k and not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: changing the review from 1 star to 3 star for after this review, the business did send their person to rectify the issue.. the overall experience wasn't good because of all the follow ups and their tendancy to ignore the calls.. But in the end the issue was resolved.
As few earlier reviews, I have similar experience.. Purchased a premium sofa few months back.. The sofa frame has broken down completely. Been following up since last 15 days but of no use.. I really hope the owner take cognizance of this and rectify the sofa which is also under warranty. Will write an update if any action is taken. Alternatively, I will send back the sofa to the showroom I purchased from.

We bought almost all of our furniture from this shop (beginning if Jan 2021) for our new house without realizing what's in store for us.
We had ordered things almost 1 and a half months in advance, still delivery was delayed by 15 days to 1 month even after shifting to our new house.
The biggest nightmare started when the furniture came. Customized furniture was not only poor in quality but was not made as per the measurements and customizations asked (Beds of wrong sizes were sent due to which even mattresses were not fitting over it). Well, the sales guy Shubham and owner Manish had already got the money worth lakhs and now why would they care for anything. After a lot of follow up, we managed to get the furniture rectified and almost after 2 months our entire order of furniture was delivered.
While we had just come out of this exhaustive and mentally tiring experience, suddenly the hydraulic jack of one bed broke off (though they got this rectified urgently).
This was still not the end of our woes with them! One fine we realized that Bindal's mattress that they sold to us was defective. The mattress sunk inside from the middle. When we called up the store, we were called to follow up with some Navin Pandey from Bindal. (When we bought this mattress, we had enquired this from the sales guy Shubham what if there is some issue with the mattress to which he said that we are always there and if there would be any problem this will be replaced immediately).
People from Bindal visited our house and agreed that there is a defect and promised to get the mattress exchanged. After following up for 2 months, nothing happened but only false promises from both Mstudio and Bindals. It has been more than 3 and a half months and we are still following up without any success. The owner Manish does not even respond to our calls now. Their philosophy is let the customer go in hell, and the only things they care is making money by fooling customers.
So, out of my experience the words that describe MStudio are - Cheating, fraud and deception
I wished if there was any option to give rating lesser than this. I just hope whoever reading this is saved from the pain that we have come across by shopping from here.
Beware: Don't get trapped or fooled by Manish (owner) and the sales guys sugar-coated words.
