Week on week they keep telling us that it will be delivered in one week. And on failing to do so they will tell you that there main focus is exports and not retail.
They should be booked for customer harassment and close their store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not recommend to buy furnitures from this shop. Customer satisfaction and service is no value to them. They will promise lot of things but won't keep them. After sale service is pathetic. The standards of delivery is very low. And between owner, showroom sale representative and delivery manager they will pass you like a ball for any issues raised. I have had a very bad experience and hence would say there are many better shops to spend your hard earned money where you are respected as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. The extended store at sapphire mall sec85 is pathetic. And if you think thats worse, the main store at jmd mall is all the more horrible. Do not buy any furniture from here. They make you run from one store to another just for a proper invoice. Unless they receive full amount they will not send the furniture. They themselves don’t trust their own workers. Awful experience.
