★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never expected such a deteriorated service from a reputed company like yours. With all good qualities in the product, the service delivery is so poor that one would feel not to opt their product in future and never advice anyone to buy from them. I am highly disappointed with Mr Sudama, allocated to work, an unprofessional person hampering the name of the company wherever he is assigned. No commitment to his own words, unnecessary delays and made me follow up multiple times for the work which he was supposed to do. A local contractor is more committed to his work and, respectful in dealing than him. I sincerely believe the company need to invest more in the site coordinators regularly and improve governance if they want to keep the name they have built for themselves.

It's been 2 months since I raised an issue with the team, and even after making repeated calls and messages, there hasn't been any response from them. I'm extremely shocked to see such an unprofessional and unethical behaviour from them, especially by Mr. Shravan. I do not recommend this company to anyone, and the only reason being- Terrible and worst customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good kitchen with worst after sales service. No body listen to your complaint. They give guarsguarof their product and dont honour the same. No body especially Mr. Shrawan in the office even have the courtesy to pick their telephone. A perfect case to be filed in the consumer court, which I plan to do very shortly. Strongly urge people not to go for this company.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Have great design and sales support. Execution of the work also went pretty smooth. Pricing was not the most economical but with the high quality of products I was much comfortable with the pricing. I definitely recommend Spacewood to anyone looking to get their Home done.

Material used for the wardrobes is of high quality and I am very happy with the final product. I am also getting many compliments from my friends and family for my wardrobe designs, both interior and exterior. Would especially like to thank Ms. Tanya for giving us a wonderful in store experience, she also kept in mind all my requirements while designing my wardrobes. Mr. Anoop, on site supervisor, also did a great job by getting things done very efficiently and with in the time limit.

I have ordered custom wardrobe and again i got the same awesome experience and on time delivery. The quality of the wardrobe is really good and has a solid built. Just need to wipe it of with a good clean cotton cloth and it shines as new. I really want to thank Spacewood team for their support and guidance from designing till installation. keep up the good work..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commissioned a project in 2017 for residential property. It has been 4 years and still this incompetent company has not been able to complete the project as per specifications. Not only that, they take full payment of project as advance and then make you chase them for any work. After that they will also stop answering your calls and e-mails, including their customer care department. It feels like I have made the most grave mistake trusting this incompetent and unprofessional company with my project. It has been 4 years and they still are withholding my warranty cards! Can you imagine?! I cannot even claim my own warranty! Most of their employees are also uninterested in helping the customer and keep throwing up one excuse after another. Kindly stay away from Spacewood.
