★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Delhi and from here I specially visited Gurgaon to purchase furniture from this particular store as I saw video of this store at claptrap where a favourable furniture was shown of rupees thirty one thousands where as when I visited there personally they asked thirty six thousands rupees for same .I told them about the video where its cost was thirty one thousands since then they had stopped giving response. They are charging high then required, never visit over there if you want to save your hard-earned money

We wanted to buy a king size double bed. We visited the store and were attended by Vicky. He was highly professional and polite. The collection was decent. The best part is the service. We selected a hydraulic storage bed. However, it started making a lot of noise. Vicky understood the problem and sent a carpenter to rectify it. But the problem persisted. We also spoke to the store manager and both of them asked us to select a new bed and replace the hydraulic one. Truly amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE IN MILLENNIUM CITY. KRISHNA FURNITURE SHOWROOM OR AS THEY LIKE TO CALL THEMSELF LARGEST FURNITURE SHOWROOM IN GURGAON IS LOOTING AND FOOLING PEOPLE. I HAD BOOKED 2 CHAIRS WITH THEM ON THEIR SKY HIGH PRICES RS. 28000. TO MY SURPRISE THEY ASKED FOR 15 DAYS FOR PREPARING 2 SIMPLE CHAIRS, I DIGESTED THIS DEMAND SOMEHOW. AFTER WAITING FOR 15 DAYS, THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND ASKED ME TO COME TO SHOWROOM TO COLLECT THE ADVANCE MONEY I HAD PAID.
ESPECIALLY, THE SALESMAN WAS REALLY RUDE AND INATTENTIVE.
A week after booking, I called the salesman to get the status to which the reply was, what chair, we haven't even started, call after 15 days.
12 days after booking, I again called to get the status to which the reply was, we'll deliver in 2 days.
13th day after booking, salesman calls and says, chairs wont be ready for another 15 days and nothing can be done about it. The carpenters were out for Eid. THIS IS HOW LARGEST SHOWROOM OF MILLENIUM CITY IS RUN.
WHILE INFORMING AND DISCUSSION THEY WERE NOT EVEN APOLOGETIC ABOUT THEIR MISTAKE, NOR DID THEY WANT ME TO STAY CONNECTED. JUST ONCE I SAID, I WANT TO CANCEL AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY OK. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT, FIRST THEY SAID COME AND COLLECT IT.
THEY WASTED MY 15 DAYS AND NOW I HAVE TO VISIT SOME OTHER SHOWROOM IN THIS SCORCHING HEAT.

I am the customer of Krishna furniture from almost last 10-12 years and most of the furniture in my house comes is from them. In last 2-3 years I have observed massive degradation in their service, quality of products, lack of knowledge amongst their salesman and massive delays in the delivery of their products. They are seriously compromising on quality while doing their expansion.
I have faced 2 instances in last 6 months which is leading me to write the reviews on their site. I just ordered 1 bed which their salesman claimed to be fully in Teak wood and gave me the bill accordingly and when I visited the store to check the bed before the delivery it was complete opposite. The bed had multiple damages, it was not of teak wood instead normal ply and when I question they asked its in final touching before sending to you which is not right and finally they accepted their mistake and asked me another 15-20 days of time for the new bed delivery. I wont recommend anyone to go on this store in future after having 2 instances with me in just 6 months time. Below are images of new bed which they were about to deliver me.
