★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically Unprofessional. Do not stay on their words. Real Experience: ordered an almirah which was to be delivered next day by 11 AM and the price decided was 5k. With RS. 300-400 extra for delivery till our floor which 2nd. No update from them till 2PM. We contacted and got the reply that the almirah you selected has some marks on it. We will get new one prepared and delivered tomorrow. Again waited next day till evening and made the call for update. Reply was ‘Bhaiya aaj aayegi 7 bje tak’
Now we got his call at 8PM saying delivery cost will be RS. 700 which was earlier decided to be 300 or max 400. Now words were totally different 700 lagenge leni hai to lo wrna advance Wapas lelo (which we paid RS. 500) and he disconnected the call. Though we were still trying to negotiate and get it done by 500.
