★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude of the owner is so casual that they don't care about the quality and service. I had been following up for more than 10 days that the glass for the coffee table is big pls exchange, had been msging the owner like again and again following up but no revert and msg. They said they had a complaint number where it can be resolved no use no reply. Asked the owner if we need to bring it to the showroom that's when they wil exchange no revert on it. It looks so horrible. The guy who came to deliver the table n glass said aisa hi toh hota hai, glass is always bigger who r these ppl fooling god knows. As if we r first time buyer. Initially the service use to be good now prices r so high and quality n service is low.
We bought L shape sofa from them and not even few months sofa lost the hardness. One of the puffy was shaking complained on it no use. Wonder if they r even serious about the customer satisfaction or not

Special mention Sunil ji, for all the suggestions, patience and for being kind enough to accomodate any changes. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!!!

Rating is for after sales.
Extremely poor after sales service.
Our wardrobe has been having sliding door issues since over 2 months now. They have sent fitters twice after multiple follow up, but no success.
The bad part is that Rishab would keep promising to send someone, but then no one would turn up and you have to start following up all over again.
Worse, when their person turns up, they do not resolve the issue completely.
Guess we are on our own now and have to get it repaired from someone else.
Didn’t expect this from a reputable company.
Would rather go with someone else in future who is concerned about customer’s satisfaction, their reputation and atleast honouring the so called 5 year warranty they claim on their products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are cheats and extremely unprofessional and rude once they get full payment. They stopped answering our calls and delayed the delivery and installation by about a month.
I would genuinely recommend people to go elsewhere for their furniture needs because trust me this place is not worth it. The store may seem fancy and they may try and convince you by making promises and lying, but at the end of the day they’re just lying, unprofessional cheats who would even rip off elderly citizens just to make profit.
Also, these people will harass you and threaten you if you give them a bad review, apparently they are unaware of google’s policy and the freedom of consumers to write an honest review regrading their experience.

We had an amazing experience with samrat Furniture, Ahmad bhaiya is a very nice person. Because of our family urgency we had to reschedule the delivery date multiple times and he was very patient and polite with us.
We wanted some modifications/customization in our sofa set and it was done perfectly. Same sofa we checked at different outlets and online also, but at Samrat Furniture we got it at much lower price. We always thought their prices are very high but this changed our thinking.
The quality of the sofa set is also amazing.
