★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for one highly professional, reputed, trustworthy Modular Kitchen designer in Gurgaon. Got quotations, designs and had discussions with number of establishments, but found “MGM Kitchens & Interiors” as one of the best.
Suggestion to do complete tile works on walls prior to install the Modular was well recommended. Provided “Steel Casing” under Sink area to enhance the quality further. Last but foremost the price tag put on the table was most competitive in the market.

I feel the staff tries to develop a personal relationship with its customers and that is a big positive for us. I had most of the interaction with Mr. Jha who is a nice person. Mr. Gaurav is also a nice person. All the support staff is also good.
For any organisation improvement is a continuous process and the delivery process can be better.
Overall a highly recommended place for premium products!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sharing with all of you my experience of buying a Faber oven from MGM. I am sorry to say that it has been a deeply frustrating and a painful experience - one that I would like to forget in a hurry. I felt cheated and the feeling that I was left with was that I have made a huge mistake by going to these guys. The crux of the issues were
1. Selling a faulty product by giving a higher discount than what the company gives. I repeatedly asked them the reason for doing this and expressed my apprehension about the product. They assured that nothing is wrong.
2. Not paying attention to detail while making the tall unit, with the result that it is not a clean job. There was no space made at the back of the unit for the plug point to go into. The carpenter who came made a rough square and said (rightfully so) that this is the best that he could do in the current situation. For the amount they charged and the quality I received was completely in contrast.
3. Complete lack of ownership when the product turned out to be faulty (before it was even used once). They promised the moon in terms of service before selling. Post the sale it was a nightmare getting anything done by them.
Ultimately, via our own efforts we reached out to the senior management of the company to get a solution for our problem with the oven.
It may not matter much to these guys, but, they have not only lost a customer for life but I am not going to be recommending them either. Machines can go wrong at any time - I understand that. But what status with you is the experience. And how one is made to feel. So. My feeling with the MGM folks is that I was cheated. That’s what I will remember.
