It was my first purchase at SRA Retail and had an issue with the product but the way I was addressed by the store staff and specially the owner (Mr.Yogesh) it was just amazing as they replaced the entire product with a new one in few hours.
Highly impressed and inspired to see such great level of customer care and dedication to help a customer.
Keep up the good work guys and thanks for treating me so well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake promises and lies at the time of sale… then once the sale is done they don’t care to keep to their commitment. About two weeks ago, my husband and I visited their store at Sector 29 to purchase a 55 inch TV. In spite of getting a better rate at the store next to them, we opted for SRA as then Mr. Deepak Chopra charmed us with fake promises of great after sale service and complimentary gifts that would be delivered along with the TV so that the price difference could be compensated. But clearly it was a trick that we fell for as no gift arrived with the TV. And now Deepak Chopra doesn’t even care to take calls or even address the problem. Anyway we were fooled. Make sure you’re not. Don’t trust SRA.
