The sales guy wasted an hour explaining about a product and when we wanted to buy it, he said we will need to take the display piece as the stock is not available. Very poor customer interface. It used to be good but now I won't ever go back to Sargam.

We have been suffering for over 3 years now. The AC we bought breaks down every year and they take more than an month to even come and see and repair. This year also it's been over a month, my first complaint being on 21st Mar and it's is 27th Apr. They have no coordination and never provide the correct status. Everything is pending for tomorrow always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth buying from them. I had bought a LG Washing Machine and also bought 2 years extended warranty. Recently machine stopped working and i reported to LG but to my surprise i got to know that the extended warranty issued to me was from sargam not LG, which they never disclosed to me while selling. Anyway when i approached Sargam, the approach of these guys was pathetic and they did not even respond properly. Finally they refused to help and said we can not do anything about this. They have cheated me by selling extended warranty. And there is no escalation matrix in this company. So better to buy from a reputed outlet rather than these small companies...
