★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys will paint a rosy picture. Once you pay the money they wash their hands off. Bought a LG airconditioner. After making payment, Inhad to make multiple calls to get the product delivered. Then they kept telling that they have logged in for installation with LG service. They did not do it till half s dozen calls. No follow up. They only tell lies. Most expensive. Buy from any other place. but this. Bansal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased the 4 star brand new window AC of LG from them yesterday. It got delivered today, in the first delivery the fins were damaged in the AC and in the second delivered model it has return current coming from AC resulting in current leakage to AC body. Both the AC's provided are faulty and when you call the store manager Avneesh he is a rude guy and don't know how to talk to customer he will make false promises before selling the product that for any issue we will get it replaced and all but after selling the product when he has received the payment he will wash off his hands..he was like I have other customers in showroom to show nd sell products for your issues pls call service center or customer care! PLEASE DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Bansal Electrovision (LG Shoppe), Sector 29, Gurgaon. I wanted to buy one Split AC for my residence and I visited them on 26th March 2022.
Actually, I visited the other stores before Bansal first but seeing 15 brand's AC in one shop made me confused about what I was looking for and I came to Bansal's LG Shop.
I met Rohan (Sales Person) and he guided me throughout, he asked me about the requirements and checked about the area where I want to put my AC after hearing me he showed me only 2 models and gave their complete details and in a matter of minutes, the deal was done.
I was impressed that Rohan guided me on other products as well. Well, the story is not yet finished. I got engineers who visited my house and they were asking too much to install, here also this guy helped me and he spoke to the concerned person directly and guided me here as well and saved me some money and time also.
The product was delivered on the next day, though, installation was done 3 days after. If they could have checked it themself they would have found that the product is not yet installed, there I feel is some gap. But when I called up they immediately got it installed.
I would really recommend Bansal Electrovision (LG Shoppe), Sector 29, Gurgaon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a TV from "Bansal Electrovision Pvt. Ltd. at Sector 29, Gurgaon" on March 16th 2022 and they delivered me a display Unit of respective TV model and which is checked by LG Installation service representative on March 19th 2022. The delivered TV model is showing "Total Power On Time" 782 hours. Also, there is a scratch on the back on TV which is also confirmed by LG Installation representatives. When I have paid for new TV then why should this Display/ Used unit is delivered to me. This is completely cheating case where Bansal’s have delivered a damaged TV to a customer (myself) who has paid fully amount for a new fresh TV.
Even this is not enough for them, after complaining about this cheating case they responding very normal and saying “do whatever you can”. The store manager Mr. Avneesh is the main culprit for this wrong delivery who behaves so rudely and even talking to their owner Mr. Neeraj Bansal was so bad that he directly said that he has direct links with the judge in consumer court so we can’t do anything against Bansal’s. After requesting couple of times, they replaced the TV but I would say again to avoid any kind of purchase/ business with these Bansal’s as they are doing cheating to their own customers.
