★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobiliti is one BIG scam! They sell apple products but don’t levy the same apple policies. I bought an iPhone Xs from them and it was deemed dead on arrival by apple service centre. As per the apple policy, any authorised reseller has to replace the phone if it’s within 10 days. When I was buying the phone from them, they repeatedly assured me that Mobiliti is an authorised reseller and is registered by a different name on the apple website. Unfortunately, I believed them without verifying this fact. When I went back to them for replacement, they absolutely dismissed & ignored me. I’ve been through so much inconvenience because Mobiliti refuses to replace my phone and lied that no one replaces it after 48 hours. Both Croma and Reliance which are genuine resellers offer this policy. It’s mentioned on their websites too! Manish and Jitendra from Mobiliti are running a scam. They called me repeatedly for days so I could buy the phone and right after the sale, they turned their backs and refused to follow any official apple policy. DONT BUY FROM ANY MOBILITI!
