No one picks your call for delivery and installation follow up. Not a single responsible person in team. Customer care is also worst, you won't be able to talk to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed with their delivery service, at the time of purchase they promised delivery within 2 days , and now its been four days and still no delivery.
Even calling after multiple time to thier store contact number they are not able to provide any concrete details. They just keep on saying delivery will happen but when , no answer to this.
Will never gonna stuck money with Reliance digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish google would allow me to rate 0 out of 5 stars so that I can give 0 rating to this store for their POST ORDER SERVICES. Now is the time to tell the story:
I ordered 2 ACs from this Reliance Digital Store, Sector 29, Gurgaon. I requested them to deliver my products on 24-03-2022 considering the installation of these products to be done on 26-03-2022 but they delivered the products on 25-03-2022. The service centre called me several times to know the delivery status of the products. After the delivery I informed them about the same and requested for quick installation on ie. 26-03-2022. They assured me of the same.
Since today morning i.e. 26th March 2022, i am continuously trying to follow up but all in vain. After much effort to get the update, I found out that it can't be done today. I had previously informed them that my society doesn't allow take services on Sunday.
I would like to bring this to notice that false commitments and continuously giving false hopes creates a lot of negativity for the brand and that it provokes losing customer loyalty.

I bought a Panasonic AC from this store which was dead on arrival and now it has been 9 days the store is just saying that they will replace the product. When? Don't know. It's 43 degree Celsius in the city and i have to manage my days and nights in this hot weather without an AC for which I already paid fully. The customer service department very rarely picks up the call and whenever the call gets picked, they just ask to wait for another 2-3 days. In total it's been 9 days now and the AC has not been installed.
Not a recommended store at all.

We purchased fully automatic Washing machine from them. Full amount of Rs 22000 has been paid by us on 15 th April 2022 and machine not yet delivered to us after four days. No proper response from store.
We are chasing them and making call but no concrete answer.
We just can’t imagine such a bad experience that material will not be delivered after paying money.
Request to concerned person to help such customer who paid money. Pls see our review and we had given complete information that how store is making fun of customers.
