★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broken down company with pathetic service and effeciency. Have a 1.5 ton split inverter AC, within 2 years the PCB of the outdoor unit shorted. The company sent a technician from Swastik Enterprise who took services charges and told me they will replace the same on payment which I agreed. Now neither swastik nor daikin company is responding to even whether the PCB unit is available or not. They are all clueless like deers in headlight. Daikin does no appear to be interested in doing business in India. No one knows where the spare parts are or how or when they will become available, which is shocking for such a known brand. The company also doesnt seem to care, if you inquire about spare parts in the call centre they are only interested in sending a technician and collect service charges again. If you tell then in the call centre that you dont need another visit theyll be confused like a malfunctioning device and put you on hold again and again till you get tired and disconnect. So it doesnt matter whether you device is in warranty or you are willing to pay, once the electronics malfunction your money is down the drain and Daikin does not care if it does!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Most Pathetic Brand dont waste your money buying such poor product..... Baught 2 Diakin Ac a week back, installed on 02.04.2022 through Daikin Installation person..... Poor chilling observed on the day of installation, informed the engineer and made a note in service report, since last 4 days daily following up with service and installation guys to resolve my issue.....even the service guys visiting my premises could not resolve till writing this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy Daikin inverter AC, one of worst services you will get from company,
I already lost buying 2 inverter AC of 1.5 ton R32.
Company don't have any field service person. You have to send your PCB circuit to company they charged for same 10k
I send 2 time same amount...
I wish had buy 2 local manufacturers normal AC.
It's my personal experience and many of my knowledge Daikin customers also getting same feed back.
I buy inverter AC from pioneer sales corporation Thane West near Nitin company who is authorised dealer for Daikin.
Someone should take them to consumers court like Bharat grahak

Even after raising complaint to Daikin about their dealers cheating their customers by unnecessary and incorrect installation they have no control over them. Extremely poor customer care response, expect no resolution if you face any issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a ac just a year before it had 2 free services in a warranty but Daikin didn't call me or gave me any service when i called for service appointment they confirmed the appointment but the serveice person didn't came for any service these happened 2 to 3 times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a split Ac with a lot of hope. Gas leakage for the last one year. Called Daikin a couple of time for the problem. They sent their vendor - Swastik engineering. Attended to the issue, resolved the gas leakage, charged me 4500 with a promise that it will not happen again. It leaked again within one month. Now they tell me to change the coil for which I’ve to pay 6000. I Said okay. I’ve been following up for one week. Nobody is coming to fix the problem.
They’re a responsible company. It’s a harassment to the consumer. Never buy this company’s product. They provide inefficient after services through inefficient vendors.
