★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had cheated us. We had contacted their number as we found them as the first flight courier distributor in Santacruz Mumbai region.
They have picked the shipment giving as the slip for first flight and agreed to take the shipment in flight mode and agreed to send the shipment in First flight mode at Rs.7000 + Rs.450 ( pickup charge from Grand Hyatt Hotel). On 29th MAY they picked the shipped and upto one week there was no proper update from the courier company after which they gave a false tracking ID which was not even tracable in their website. I approached the Trivandrum first flight with this tracking number and they too were not able to track the shipment. It was completely blank in front of us as we attended the conference and the event stage after the event, we were shipping it back to our office. After 2 weeks they informed that shipment is send through bluedart without even discussing the matter or updating the status with me. They simply send the shipment in Roadway when we paid for flight mode. Bluedart's normal rate for such a shipment from Mumbai to Trivandrum was just Rs.1235 where they have charged us Rs.7450. When we asked for refund they were simply avoiding and even is hesitant to produce the complete invoice for the shipment. We just received an bluedart invoice of Rs.1235.
So don't ever trust these guys. We are going to file a consumer case against them if they are not responding us back and refunding our money.
