★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please advise your water delivery van driver not to block the road. Bikes and cars are not able to turn at the corners because this driver parks his van blocking the road going to Blue umbrella pre-school. He parks it so that he can conveniently unload the 20litre water cans, but is causing a huge inconvenience for bikes and cars. He arrogantly abuses people if he is told not to block the corner roads. If this continues, it will be reported as a public nuisance.
