★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst electricity service I have ever seen in my life, villages in Gujarat have better access to electricity than Gurgaon I wish quality and availability of service should be consistent and reliable afterall we are paying 10 Rs per unit for electricity.

No one is there for attending complaints
Receptionist comes at 9:40-9:50 a.m.
Among 6 counters only 1 person comes at 9:35a.m. whose work is to provide new connections
For bill correction, their officer doesn't come till 11a.m.
Even SDO comes at 10:30 but remaining staff never comes on time.
No one communicates with friendly nature, all staff gets hypered and shouts on the customers which is really very shameful for DHBVN.

I am wandering in the office for the last 4 months. There is no redressal to genuine complaints. Despite producing every proof to justify my complaint no officials is ready to listen not to speak of redressal. I want an immediate interference of higher officials. We are not demanding free electricity we pay for that . You people are paid for satisfaction of consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic electricity in sector-47. We are unable to work from home. Everyday their is power cut for 3-4 hrs. It makes life really troublesome. Also, the power cut is in a single stretch making it even more worst. Even the charged equipment get discharged. If there is any provision for power cut for these many hours atleast it should not be in a stretch so that it doesn't affect people working from home. In the current scenerio this is the best solution. I can't expect a wise solution from the authorities but atleast solution given by others can be implemented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the real example of monsters. From past 2 year everyone around our area hate summer time just because of the immense power cut every single night. Since the very first week of April they have been torturing us by cutting off the power supply for whole life. You keep registering complaints back to back but there is no response no help. I feel so disturbed seeing these kids and hardworking people dying to sleep in peace. DHBVN shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. Seems like the employees there are the customers and we are the employees when we go there to get some work done. I raised two service request to change the name to the newly purchased property and both the times the request was closed and I lost 250 rupees of fee along with it. Typical government office environment. We need to have something like a watch dog type of TV program here in India to expose these kind of services provided by any organisation. I'm looking to escalate to some higher authority in DHBVN. Wish there was an option to choose zero stars and I would have chose that.
