★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Official timing is 9:00am to 1:00pm, but they stopped work by 12:30 pm and told come tomorrow now it’s closed. People who are working in this department are very irresponsible and illiterate, they don’t know how to talk to a customer. They just use one stick to handle all people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly the WORST Post office I have ever visited.
Just for a KVP encashment they are harassing me for more than 5 months either by their absurd absenteeism / non availability of required staff or with a new rule (not encountered with earlier KVP encashment in other post offices in Chennai/ Ahmadabad).
I am just keeping a log of everything and will come-up in media / Postal higher-ups with my experience after some time.
Wake up Gur-GAON.
