★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a team of disrespectful people all put together in one place. They are extremely slow with their procedures. It has been 2+ years now that I haven't received my refund. They will just send me from one place to another and get me zero results. Places like these ruin the name of the government and public organizations. they have no manners and they are never in time. Even if they are present in the bounds, you will find them in their seats only if you are lucky.

No affect as it is state govt organization
I have been running after then ever since I bought a house
Billing pattern irregular when they want money they issue provisional bills
They do not have a system to generate monthly bills
Pan India the meter reader comes n plugs a device n gives a print out of consumption n charges but Gurugram is out of the world I don't know about rest of haryana here bills come from hissar wow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. From the officials to the peons they are are absolutely incompetent and unwilling to do their job. It is the consumer who ends up doing everything. They have been sending bills month after month on provisional basis inspite of my innumerable complaints. They are too lazy and corrupt to even go and check the reading on the meters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can you imagine an electricity office without electricity for 8 hour as we have waited there entire day just to get duplicate bill and file complain for getting huge bill of 30000 for just 1 month without running AC . They have changed meter without intimation and slapped this bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rud behavior of staf specially the CC Amit he is currupt always they ask money and ignore your work for long time if you give them money the do your work.
I suggest you visit sec 31 gurgaon office they are well behaved

Place was clean compared to gov offices
Out of 3 counters 2 were closed at that time
Remaining 1 had 4 people including me.
Staff was a bit slow. Well that doesn't matter wheb people are less. Might be they are working slow. Because of few peoples
I had to get the bill receipt.
Gave them a piece of paper with account number and work was done within 5 minutes.
Small place to accommodate large number of peoples
Would be better if you go between 10 to 12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is DHBVN's office if you have any billing complaints. The style of working is very slow, and the bill generation system/infrastructure is so flawed that they churn out so many bills with average bill amount readings. One good gentleman helped us in the office and saved us many visits, so rating it 2 star, otherwise their system needs a fix and deserves 0 out of 5 rating.
