★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to look for some wine glasses, has a decent collection but slightly over-priced. Has lot of other home decor stuff (which i didn't see, so no comment on that). Parking could be an issue during rush hours.

I wish there was an option to provide negative rating. 1 star is minimum, I could give.
All items sold here are double / triple over-priced. I bought an artifact buddha, whose actual cost was Rs. 5000/-, they charged me Rs. 4000/- as a goodwill.
Ditto same item, same size, same material, same quality, is available at Hometown store for less than Rs. 2000/- and even lesser at other shops.
Most of the items are very cheap in quality and prices are sky high. When I went for shopping, I kept on guessing why am I the only customer in the store at a peak time/day, that too at such a big store. Now I know, I was the fool to have wasted my hard earned money.
Take my words, dont waste your money at this store, you get far better quality at different branded shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor staff, unprofessional management. Worst service quality. Utter nonsensical language by the owner!
They have hanged boards about “once broken considered sold” - because they place showpieces in such a manner that anyone crossing the narrow path can by mistake come in contact with these pieces and then they can blame & charge you for the same!!
Also, when argued to show the cctv camera they had “no solid footage”
And said it is not possible to place cameras everywhere (but for them it is possible to place those over expensive showpieces in such area)
We said then you should have glass racks to avoid any damage, good for both you and the customer. But they said that is also not possible on our behalf - then if you cannot have fully functional CCTV cameras in all corners, if you cannot have restricted shelves then how can you charge a customer for your own negligence?
Secondly they said that we will join the piece and you have to take it. What if we did not take it and they kept the same piece back? Some other customer would have been a victim of the same thing. These people cannot even be trusted a percent.
The argument further stretched when the owner said this is my store Aur tumhari “AUKAAT” nahi hai lene ki, & soon their entire staff jumped upon us.
we said we have purchased before from your store and he quickly came to Ma’am. Just Pathetic!!
Even another customer standing said to us to ignore such disrespectful egoistic owner.
Anyway, we brought the damaged piece in full price 1800/- we are not the type of people to cause damage to anybody but we are also not type of letting somebody question our Aukat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst store experience ever. The showpieces are put up in an uneven place and it's bound to be broken by someone passing.
If you ask for a genuine cctv footage, they will say "It's not possible to put up cameras everywhere
(Well atleast you can put up in places where the showpieces can be broken!! That's basic :) )
Now the store manager/owner (who is so boastful about his 1 store ownership!) will make sure to remind you of your "AUKAT" (which by the way, God has been kind :) )
So be ready to be blamed of con and cheating for an overpriced item! Anyways I paid the full amount before leaving.
Not taking it with me though, don't need such negativity in my home.
Dear store "owner" wishing you 2 more stores for now! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly disappointed with the quality, don't buy curtains from this store, overpriced,cheap quality feeting. After 3-6 months there will be rusting on the feetings. I have tried sharing the photograph with the owner but no use.
