★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.) Poor Pool maintenance.
2.) They will sell membership without looking at their capacity
3.) Worst management and front desk ( they will not even look you in eye while you talk or complain to them no courtesy on how to behave )
4.) Once you have paid the hefty membership charges you are stuck
5.) And ofcourse no refund policy
6.) Pool remains shut for most of the time because they are not able to maintain
7.) Hi don't know how do I even explain how the water is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a regular here since they opened. It used to be one of the best gyms in Wakad, not anymore. Before covid, the gym would be so crowded that you'd have to wait in a queue with 4-5 other people for each machine.
And now, they've started a new scheme to cheat people where they tell you that your membership comes with an option to pause it for few days. When I got infected with covid, i called them atleast 15 times to pause my membership but they just won't pick up the call. Took me a month to recover, lost my money for the entire month's membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not join the swimming classes. The pool is so crowded that not even kids can swim. There is no limit on how many students could be there in a batch. Still, coaches try their best to train everyone. Also, in the last 10 days, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance for 6 days. No message/ communication from the club and you only get to know when you reach to the club. Staff is very polite and they do try their best to explain about the situation but is management not aware about all above said issues?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined swimming classes, pool is great but trainer are not up to the mark. They don't provide training proper, only concentrate on specific crowd. As per him, one can learn swim if you take personal coach .
Please ensure training schedule and proper training protocol before joining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Decent gym. It has almost every equipments and machines. But the worst thing about this gym is trainers. You won't get proper trainer support if u haven't opt for Personal Trainer. Trainer don't even bother to guide you properly. I would suggest if you have prior experience, if you can do your training on your own then only you should join this gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took three month membership for swimming. And i highly regret for it.
1. Over crowded place.
2. Trainers don't give you adequate time for training. As they have to coach many student at a time. They pay attention to specific people only.
3.. Unprofessional staff and trainers. Very rude and mannerless in talk. People from good families and good status come here they don't have manners to talk them.
I saw many times that trainers are passing loose comments among themselves about ladies members which very cheap indeed.
3. Pool remains closed frequently. They have many reasons and justification for it. They keep pool closed on government holidays and festivals as if they are running government Institute. Height is that they don't take courtesy to inform prior about holidays. Very poor scenarios as many small kids and parents returning back with annoyed faces early morning from club just because they were not informed prior.
4. Changing rooms are pathetic. Rooms are stinky, showers are not proper.
Waste of such good infrastructure...
Management and staff should retrospective about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good but little costly. For swimming the price is around Rs. 3000/month. This place has annual plans as well. Good coaching staff changing room security and hygiene is well maintained. Only issue is with placing the shoes and sleepers they are placed in most random way.
