Her emphasis on experiencing the stretching in different parts of the body with different Yoga postures stands her unique Yoga guru. Thanks to her! I am free of my chronic back & knee pain after practicing regularly yoga healing techniques under her guidance.

I have been practicing yoga from 3-4 months with Seema mam. I have never done yoga earlier and was always a gym person. She has beautifully taught us various Asana 's and also taking meditation sessions for us. She has in depth knowledge of yoga and her techniques are really effective and awesome. My body has become very flexible and few of my muscle injuries also got healed. I would highly recommend her sessions to all.

Seema ji is an authentic yoga teacher. She customizes yogasanas for individuals based on their problems. She is very soft spoken and gently pushes us to adhere to yoga every day. She is very patient and watches you closely the mistakes you do and also your limitations and modifying the asanas according to your abilities and push from there. She works well with kids. My whole family is taking classes with her last few years...

I have been suffering from various health related disorders for many years including lower back pain,neck pain,SIJ pain,Sinus issues and ENT related issues.Yoga has helped me to ease my health related issues .Thanks to Seema Mam and under her guidance she has taught me Yoga from beginner level. I am still learning from her . She has been a great teacher and guides me with the yoga asanas in a methodical way. Due to my severe pain in the start she guided me with easy asanas in the start and slowly helped me to ease out in the yoga asanas.Since she took one on one sessions it was also very helpful as she could provide individual attention and also could program the yoga sessions as per my health concerns .She also listens to your issues and gives helpful advice on the same.She also helped me in Jal neeti .She also teaches me Prananayam and the importance of breathing in asanas as well. These Yoga sessions have relatively helped me to ease out my health issues to quite an extent. She has been quite a helpful teacher.Thanks to Seema mam...

Thank you Seema ji for all your help. I was almost incapacitated with back pain and right leg pain and was unable to take even few steps without getting pain and tingling in the leg. I was at the point of considering surgery. As a physician who saw multiple complications after back surgeries, I was dreading that route. But, my friend recommended to try yoga first with Seemaji. I could feel the difference in just one month of starting online yoga classes with her and now I can walk considerable distance without getting any pain in just four months. She is very knowledgeable and more important very patient with you and customizes to your needs and ability. She is always smiling and gently pushes you to make changes to your lifestyle. I highly recommend Seema ji. Thank you again for all your help. ???

Personally, I have to say I had a really great experience here. Seema is an excellent teacher. I really appreciated how she, not only explained how to do the postures, but also what the physical internal benefits of the postures are. Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. The classes are one to one or group , but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. I had severe Shoulder blade pain, every time I took the medication buy it seemed that my pain increased. After couple of Yoga sessions with Seema. I no longer have shoulder blade pain. Seema (Instructor)listens and tailors your workout specially to your needs, and she is very professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her as a instructor.

Seema is very patient while teaching yoga. She teaches well and also explains benefits. Her classes helped my mom a lot, who had early Parkinson’s symptoms. I really appreciate her concern towards my mom’s health and professionalism.thank you!
