I had taken personal classes of yoga, pranayama and medication from Sandip. Sandip is a very good teacher as he understands the problems which needs to be addressed and customize the program accordingly. He emphasises on correct postures and breath control while doing asanas. I can say that the health problems I had have been reducing. I would recommend his classes to everyone.
