★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficiently priced flats with basic amenities. Can call it a Budget home ofcourse. Just few 100 metres away from the Kaspate Vasti Chowk. Location is Prime too. Offering 1-2 BHK. And the people have started to stay already. 2 Floored parking is also sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building is just located at middle of the wakad. Security is very tight, they won't allow you to go without adding entry. There are all kinds of shops which include subway, restaurant, lab, grocery stores and many other. In terms of flat, it is built very nicely. All the flats are quite spacious.

But locality is very good.
Almost everything you need is just 5 min walking distance.
Many restaurants available below residential space.
For rent: 19-20k per month and all the flats are with brokers.
Be prepared for brokerage.
