β β β β β Dhandhe Lab is one of the best labs I have been to. They are on time, polite co-operative and flexible. Wakad one is collection centre. The incharge is a very good guy. They take samples even from home for a nominal charge of 50/-. They provide reports via email which is very good and handy.

β β β β β This is regarding Dhande Lab Warje branch (Above Hotel Swarna).
I have a complaint about the lady appointed at the Warje branch who attends all the patients in the morning. Yesterday on 7th Oct, my mother went to Warje branch to get the Thyroid test done. Lady present at the branch Β tried to take a blood sample of my mother. She was not able to find the nerve to take the blood and said to my mother that her nerve is very small and all of a sudden blood came out with full pressure. She almost took full injection blood in a couple of seconds (which was not required). Same incident happened with my Father last week on 26th Sept, She was not able to find my father's nerve, she said the same thing to him that his nerve is small. I was personally present there with my father. If the lady does not find nerve then why is she doing this job, putting patients' life at risk. Many patients might have faced this issue but nobody had raised this issue to you. And that's why you are not aware of such incidents happening in your lab. After taking the sample, you must take the feedback of each patient. My mother was unconscious the entire day. And this is not the first time my mother checked her Thyroid. Β She does regular checkups. Β I am very disappointed with Warje branch service. Please look into this.

β β β β β 2 stars, This is for the service. No doubt it is trusted lab. They have mentioned time on their board, on google page it is 7.30am. Noone comes at 7. 30 to open it. They come around 8am. Today also i am standing in front of this lab from sharp 7.30 with 12hrs of fasting. Is this acceptable. This is not happening for the first time. Last month also it happened same. That time that person came at 8.15am and gave me the reason tyre got punctured so technician will get late, i will take your blood sample. Very much pathetic service in this sense. It is happening again and again. What about diabetic patients? Do you think of them with 12hrs of fasting how will they manage. There are 2 persons who are working at this wakad branch. Noone noone comes on time. This is not acceptable at all. This happened 3rd time with me so had to write a review.
