★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have highlighted "24*7 home delivery" so much outside their stores. But they never deliver at nights saying that we don't have staff!!! Also, only medicines are available at nights nothing else. One request,e please don't commit home delivery if you can't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not rely on these guys. Not trust worthy in terms of medicine delivery. If we need medicine at midnight that itself means it's emergency and then they told me it will be delivered 2 hours later. What's the point. Forgot that I just asked them to confirm if a certain medicine availability, so that I can go and get that myself, the on call guy told he will call back and that call never came back. Their all ads and compaign about 24 hrs service is fake and not trust worthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake information- 24*7 days, They do not give service on time, once you call them, they simply says no delivery man is not available and even location was also not so far, my location was in Hinjewadi and theirs in Wakad. I had called them at 4.30am morning, suffering from allergy.
Once told them please take order for me with extra charges then they became ready to give service.
After giving medicine they started denying like, they don't have ""HISTAFREE M"" medicine and once i confirmed from them, are you delivering or not ?
They they denied by saying that no they don't have that medicine, even not have substitute medicine of that..and cut the call directly without informing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Till date i used to think that these branded shops sell the customer what they demand but recently I observed that they sell costly medicines in place of cheaper ones which you specifically demand.
On noticing that they are trying to pitch costly medicine and i opposed the same and when I tried to understand the reason as to why they tried to pitch the costly ones, their staff said that the costly one is good one as compared to one I needed.
I want to understand as to who are they to tell me what is good and bad, if I am demanding some medicine which is prescribed by doctor then why they try to sell the costly medicine and that too with cheating intent , without asking customer that they are selling substitute medicine.
After all these incidence , the behaviour of the staff changed and they started behaving rudely,unprofessionally and started using vulgar languages in order to hide their own mistake. I can clearly and confidently say that employees are pathetically rude and mannerless, they have no sense as to how to talk with customer .
This was very bad experience with such a reputed brand , I will restrict my self henceforth to buy medicine from this shop and will urge people to be aware of these activity of the shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t plan to write a review for this pharmacy but I had to because I am impressed and grateful for their quick service.
I called Wellness Forever to purchase paracetamol tablets and syrup for my children. They were responsive to my questions on the call and via WhatsApp. Unfortunately they didn’t have the syrup I wanted but gave me an alternative. I asked them to please deliver as soon as possible. They promised 1hr but delivered within 45 mins! The medicine cost 88 rupees, I gave them 100 rupees and told them to keep the change. They had my change ready and vehemently refused to take the change!
Living in a foreign country with no family support can be difficult, however having access to services like this make life here in India a little bit better. Thanks Wellness Forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience as medicines are always out of stock and they fail to replenish the stock even after writing it down and comiting to check next day. Happened thrice with me. Smaller medico shops are much better. They don't even bother about complaints.
