Then out of 10 days medical yoga course, within 2-3 days her pain was gone, she could bend her body now, she can sit , she can stand without pain. Totally amazed, i didnt expect recovery ....this fast. Also he guides very properly nd nicely. Surprise factor is , we connected virtually and still break thru it. :-)

Those who really want to learn yoga practice please join one good thing this class for 6 days in week and also variaty of activities are conducted. You will see th diffence in your body feel energetic and postive
