β β β β β This is the Best Yoga class I am attending online. It helps me stay happy and healthy throughout the day.
Meenal madam is very good and knowledgeable. She is a very good instructor and keeps an eye on each attendant.
She checks if they are following the instructions and suggests corrections if any.
One more thing I like about this class is it starts on time and ends on time.
Personal experience-- I like cycling and trekking. Since I have joined Yoga classes, trekking experience is
much better and I can do Singhagad Trek very easily without getting tired as before. Same experience with cycling.
I will surly recommend this Online Yoga class 'Samatva Medi Yoga' to all.

β β β β β Have been attending the classes for 4 months now, initally started yoga ?ββοΈ to destress myself during the lock down. But after attending the classes by meenal mam and jagruti ma"am the motivation just goes on after seeing the fabulous benefits of yoga. Love the way Meenal ma"am explains the physiology with benefits behind the various poses . And the flexibility to attend at the comfort of your home either the morning or evening session is a big big bonus. Thanks a lot meenal ma"am and jagruti ma"am.keep continuing this gr8 work.

β β β β β I have been practicing yoga with Jagruti maβam for while and I can definitely observe noticeable deference in my body. I gained so much flexibility and strength! Sometimes itβs challenging, but through the clear instructions and consistency of training I can feel great result. Also maβam are very sweet and brings a very positive energy to the class. I love it! Recommend class to everyone!?
