Still attending classes and very individualized help given to achieve flexibility and to help with my issues to achieve poses. Many Thanks
I have been attending classes here regularly 3 x week for 3-4 months . I was almost complete beginner with many issues of poor balance and tight shoulders pelvis etc . Rewati has been so patient and encouraging and individualized poses for me . I can feel improvements and have a long way to go but I feel comfortable in these classes. Also the small group size is lovely ( maximum 10ish ) and other members are also encouraging . Rewati is very knowledgeable and understands issues and injuries that people have and gives good advice and encouragement. Highly recommend to all abilities. They also offer power yoga and fitness classes.
Thank you Rewati . I have felt intimidated in other classes due to my ability but here I feel fine .

β β β β β I have been Rewati's student for over five years today. Her aerobics classes are great fun along with being a brilliant cardio workout. I also began doing Yoga (Iyengar school) with her some years ago and the experience has been nothing less than satisfying. The classes involve intensive stretching with an emphasis on improving form and endurance. Limited sized batches allow Rewati to pay close attention to injuries or strengthening/stretching of particular muscles to complement other exercising techniques.

β β β β β I have been going to Rays fitness for last 2 years and it has been a fantastic experience. I never did yoga in my life before and was very hesitant about it but one of my friend recommended "Rays fitness" which is owned by Rewati bhide.
I must say, it's one of my best decision. When you attend her class Rewati (the owner) takes care of each and every individual student of her class. She makes sure that you attend class regularly, use proper props & do yoga in a right way. I know it's tough but I am still not sure how she manages it :)
She is not only a good teacher but also your family doctor. I have been facing wrist issue but due to her guidance, I have seen a lot of improvement. My husband had a neck issue but after going to her class he has also got relief.
Inshort, I would say if you want to do yoga in right way with the right person then go to Rays fitness. Rewati has been an inspiration for me and for most of her student. Btw, I also attend her Aerobics class occasionally and that is also superb!

β β β β β Undoubtedly, a great place for yoga beginners and advanced yoga practitioners alike. The instructors are well-qualified, highly experienced and take the time to customize the poses according to an individual's needs and abilities. Regardless of the number of students in the class, one always seems to receive enough warmth and attention. The scientific basis behind each pose is explained clearly so that one can have a more holistic understanding of different asanas - in that sense, I would like to call this an "evidence-based" yoga studio. All instructors are great and bring a wealth of experience to the class, but I would specifically like to mention Rewati mam who is just wonderful and loved by all her students. The same applies to Raj sir as well. Congratulations to Rays fitness studio on spreading health and well-being to the society and I wish them all the very best for the future.

Their zest for teaching, imparting nuances of every asana and making each session valuable and beneficial to the students is very apparent. Once you join, you wonβt ever want to switch or leave Rays!

β β β β β I have been practicing my yoga with Rays for over four years now and I don't see any reason to look at other places....trained teachers ensuring attention to the students to improve and assist the journey of yoga ... Variety of sessions and number of options to chose timings of class to match your requirements is a plus ... This helps working professional s like me. ... With online batches you just can't miss ..
Studio is spacious and equpeednwith lots of props to practise to get a perfection
Special attention as per your level of progress begginers intermidiates etc

β β β β β I was introduced to Iyengar yoga by Rewati when I relocated to Pune & what coincidence that my residence was a 5 min walk.away from the Ray's studio. I was blessed!
Rewati has always been rallying behind me during my health ups & downs over the last 7 years.. She recognizes the individuals limitations and ensures to introduce the right asanas which woukd be beneficial to the student in question and pushes us to the extent which the participant is capable of.
During the lockdown Ray's (Rewati & Avinash) were quick to adapt to online classes which made it user friendly & comfortable to practice from the homes and eventually conduct the classes on a hybrid model so students from. Far off countries & locations can continue the practice. #total respect# for their commitment towards yoga & pranayam practice. GOD Bless!!

β β β β β I have always thought that Yoga might be a boring activity. But with my back injury, about 3 months back, I along with one of my friends (who has vertigo) thought to try, Rewati's Rays yoga.
And I now think It's going to be difficult to leave Yoga. It has become our lifestyle. My Back injury is gone (and the same with my friend with vertigo). I see, Everyone with any physical issue, gets it corrected in the faintest of time. We feel fully charged with the three times a week schedule. I can feel better physical and mental health.
Rewati's is one super teacher you will find after years. She has crisp communication, eagerness to teach, and activeness to tell you the errors.
Even if the class is full she looks at every individual carefully and suggests improvements and benefits.
I Highly recommend Rays Yoga for any individual - healthy or unfit to TRANSFORM TO A GOOD HUMAN
