★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience... !!! Vasudha Ma'am is very co-operative and professional yoga trainer. It was my first time practicing yoga. She explains each asanas and their benefits wonderfully which really helped me in understanding my physical strength and flexibility.
I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

I feel very comfortable doing asanas because you know she is there to correct you and balance you . Highly recommend this place for yoga and thank you Vasudha for motivating n being there for us !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for yoga classes to improve my body flexibility, balancing and strength. I can see the difference within one month after joining Union Yoga Studio. Teacher Vasudha is expert in her field. She helps to attain different asanas as per one's capacity. She encourages to slowly push your limits everyday. She monitors and constantly guides to work on body posture. Using different props is really being helpful to try difficult yoga poses for me. Vasudha explains the poses with their benefits very well. Anatomical focus is an unique feature of this class. I definitely recommend Union Yoga Studio in Wakad area.

The way she teaches yoga to the newcomer is very easy, she also gives tips and tricks to understand and catch the asanas in a easy way. Without Vasudha Ma'am it was impossible to improve in all these area altogether.. Within a month I could feel much positivities in overall health.
She teaches BKS Iyengar's yoga and posses in depth knowledge of it.. The expert knowledge, various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to details make these Personal Yoga Sessions worth it .
She also share details of each Yoga posses, its benefits and dos and don'ts associated with it and specially whether it is suitable for my condition or not. She also has the critical ability to challenge learners to excercise more flexibility and gain strength while achieving personal goals..
I would highly recommend for personal yoga sessions..
