Equipments available are also contemporary.
The diet plan given and exercises helped me lose 12 kgs in 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great for work out. There are may gym instructor here to guide you time to time. The place has enough space and equipments. The price is also enough. One can try if they are interested for long term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small place and very crowded.Only very few trainers are good, most of them don't want you to come and contribute to the increasing crowd.Treadmills are not proper,they don't give you workout plan for a month.I had to request multiple times for it.Workout plans are not proper,they promise to give diet plan, but havemha received any.No CrossFitness training. Only money minded people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2stars are for the management and the equipments. If you are someone for whom cardio is important , then this gym isn't for you. All cardio machines are faulty and damaged. And the owners are least bothered to do anything about it. I worked out for almost a year here and despite repeated requests to the owners to repair/replace the faulty and injury prone treadmills and ellipticals, they didn't get it fixed. I hope they have replaced the machines at least now..
Having said that, I must mention that all the trainers here are fantastic n superb. 5 stars for the trainers and for the personal attention they give to all the members and their commitment to their work..I was extremely happy with the trainers. There isn't any other gym in and around wakad that has such amazing trainers with respect to attending the members on the floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for workout. The space is very huge and can easily accommodate heavy crowd during peak hours. It also has cross fit training option. Workout for cross-fir is possible outside the gym area in a playground which can be used for outdoor workout activities. There are always trainers present in the gym who are ever ready to help in work out. The trainers are well trained. It also contains activities like dance, and zumba. Overall this is very good place for staying fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is good but a little bit crowded..although the trainers are professional and instruct properly.All the equipments are present but they are limited as the place is not very spacious.
Charges are not too high but not very low too.
You get yoga sessions, dance class and other sessions are also available.
