They are unable to provide after sales services. Although your product falls under warrenty they will play with you for the services during warrenty. Once they will collect your product to repair under warranty then forget about your product. You are not going get it back. Everyday you to have call them multiple times and beg them to return your product. Most of time they will not answer your call intentionally, if by mistakenly they have answered your call they will give you thousands of silly excuses.There is no proper customer care to make a complaint and follow up. Don’t fall in this trap. A big no to this brand and their service. Worst service ever. Save yourself from this kind of mental harassment.
