You will see various designs , comfortness, price range of all types of home furnishings whether its bed, dining, sofa-set, office accessories, remote cupboards etc. In this covid situation, with minimum staffs, this store still gives ease of customer attention. Kudos to Gokul for explaining the pattern, style, manufacturing comfort of all the sofas. With patience. :-). I liked the item that i bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, Unprofessional sales person, Worst communication. I wanted to give 0 star but the option is not available. We were looking for a recliner/sofa and wanted to purchase from this place. On our first visit they were adamant that we order it right there but we took sometime and booked the next day. The date of delivery was 6th April which was 7 days from the date of booking.
The communication was ok till then, after the due date suddenly the sales person stopped picking up our calls. Had to visit the showroom to cancel the order on 13th. I had a 10 days planned trip from 14. I agreed to purchase on one condition, deliver the item before my return, once I physically validate, will pay the rest of amount. Else will get my money back. Confirmed this thrice with all the staff members in the showroom. Nobody said anything.
It's 26 and the sales guy is like there is No Refund option. Neither I have the item nor the advance payment money. I am forced to purchase the item. This is customer harrasment. Please avoid the showroom.

So sorry couldn't agree less. Vocal for local only possible if you as a service provider stick to your terms. Neither you stick to the delivery date nor your staff has basic courtesy to pick the call and update us why our delivery is delayed. I purchased 3 items from 3 of your showrooms. So please do not play the victim card. Your service is very poor and I want to keep this in public forum. Please do not buy from "Furniture Godown Bapuji Nagar". Rest of the places have very good staff and support. The attitude on which you think customer will bound to complete the transaction even after these hickups need to be put forward. With all the showrooms I dealt with in Bhubaneswar to set my new home this is the worst i encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very unprofessional. Once you paid the money, they will cut your call in the middle and force you to visit the showroom. Please do not buy anything from this place. The other two showrooms are way better.
Update:
We also purchased everything to setup our new home from local shops. We are very vocal for people/vendor/shops which provide good items and great service. Sorry to say your place is not one of them. I encourage everyone tp think twice before purvhasing anything from here.

I bought a sofa set and mattress for Diwan bed. I am very pleased with overall quality of the products.
The sales person was highly knowledgeable and he helped us to find a perfect sofa set in my budget.
Lastly, I want to say that they were very receptive to our inputs and feedback. Keep up the good work team..Highly recommend Furniture Godown products.
