★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving 3 star just because of good products, Damro as a brand gets 5 rating. This outlet near Hosa road junction is not up to mark with the customer relation and interaction. Sales guys are not proactive to show and explain about their products. This showroom has 3 floors loaded with furnitures. I had to browse the catalog on my phone to show the sales guy the furniture model I am looking for. Initially he said there are no much models to display and after showing the model on my phone he took to the other floor to show the display model. You just need to walk around and look the furnitures, sales guys are just standing at one place which makes customers uncomfortable when you want to know more about the product s. Coming to billing section, it really takes minimum 1 hour to generate one bill. I took my cousin and he went for an emi option n it took 1.5 hrs. I had similar experience with my previous purchases. You gotta have lot of patience to shop at this place. I had requested for a service for my recently purchased dining set and nobody has turned out so far.
