★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have submitted my TDS returns on August 1st 2020, but till now I have not received my TDS amount. When I tried to reach on customer care, they say the same story as it is in process....I am fed up listening to the same answer again and again. They don't even bother how people are suffering financially during this COVID period. Very very worst experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont even understand why these people are hired and using the tax payers money. you cant get any information or assistance like an automated machine they will only tell you, ITR is processing please wait. why is this department functioning to provide this information. just waste of money and the complete set up is useless. not worth at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today to meet Mr. N Sairaj Asst. Director Income Tax for some official work. Have to say one of the worst places i have ever been. No one is telling if he works here..the security is happy to say he dont knw... dont ask me..n wants me to leave...the other security person who called the customer care in above offices after insistance... who is supposed to guide is responding in a very unfriendly way not giving proper instruction..Mr. N Sairaj hope you are listening...plz make this place friendly to people who visit...we visit for some official work and not for time pass...it pains to see so much indifference and unfriendliness here. Its a Shame that this is a govt office treating people unprofessionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When called on the contact numbers available on Income Tax Department's Website, the Helpless Helpdesk say's contact IT Department, when called IT Department they say call CPC. It's a round robin, never ending calling from Pillar to Post. A bunch of frauds raising fraudulent demands on honest tax payer's and never bother to reply to any Grievance and Rectification requests raised on the Portal. And the most interesting part is the Assessing Officer as mentioned in Demand Notice is invisible Phones, and no body attending the calls knows where he operates out off.

Till now i have not received my Returns back.
I have tried calling CPC team and support team and also raised multiple grievance complaints.
No use at all, only answer i received from the team is, we are looking into it, will update shortly.
Very poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service from CPC I filed return as legal heir on Jun 21 still now am f/up for refund and whatever grievences which is raised in the portal addressing the AO are not been resolved . pathetic service all those telle callers who handle the calls in CPC they don't understand the queries of yours .
