★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are going with agent's help, things will move. Else you get nothing done here. Basically the officers there don't have any incentive to entertain individuals like us common folks.
I had gone with reconveyance deed for new EC post my loan closure. The person kept entertaining her agents requests instead of honouring general public. After about 4 hours I gave up. Hope someone with some authority can take some legitimate action to make things better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have broker or agent then work will move like butter else you need to wait - that’s 100% true.
If you are going on own without giving some bribe it’s not possible your work will be done in 1 day. The staff doesn’t care of your time and that’s what government office is. Spend some money and your work will be done within an hour. Good seating arrangement and average amenities. No parking.

This place remains crowded as registration of land, building is done, apart from marriage registration. This place has toilets for the visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officers ask for bribe at every stage of getting a marriage certificate. We had gone on our own without any broker. No one is hesitant to ask bribe openly. When they do some work they behave as if they are doing a favour for you, and their living will depend only on the "fees" which you will pay them. We said NO to bribe as openly as they had asked. Still they were persistent, but we didn't give in. We got the certificate on the same day, as we had all the proper documents.
I think we were just lucky to get the certificate without any bribe. If anyone is going here, YOU CAN SAY NO TO THEM. They get their salary to do this "duty". It IS what they are supposed to do. They are not doing you any favour.
There is little parking space for bikes and no place for car. It is present on a busy street.
