Appreciate their hospitality customer handling management specially impressed with Mr sunny Thapa ji ...?thank u damro siliguri ..Hope to visit soon again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Came here to buy office chair. Nobody came to show us. They act like we can't afford it. I ask them to show how to adjust the chair but no responsed from them. There was nepali customer he went to help them. Just because I am not nepali so i didn't get any help. Sad to see this. If your budget is 10k-15k-20k don't come here they don't give a fk. Until your budget is more the 1lakh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some sales person are not trained, and the amount paid is not upto quality satisfaction. Product is just like sunmica pasting in ply. I have raised complain on 05/09/2021 but no any initiative has been taken.
