★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Wardrobe and sofa from Mobel Furniture and I’m happy with the product but not happy with the technician who did the setup of my wardrobe, it was not properly aligned and I did not see the finishing as I saw the wardrobe in the showroom. Ashutosh Sarkar was the technician who came after I lodge the complaint, he was very polite and a good technician who not only resolved the problem but also checked the whole wardrobe to see if there were any other issue.
I only want that these technician not to setup the product individually but to carry a helper with them if the product is big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i received a 6 seater Dinning table frm mobel. The quality of the product is moderate.
There are some scratches on the frame of the table and the leather stitches of a chair is abit loose.
The fitter (named Suraj) did a commendable job and had a good attitude towards customers. Unloading, unboxing and setting the dinning set was nicely done.
Finally after 2 weeks a mechanic named Ashutosh Sarkar came and fixed the scratches with a paint.
Although it ain't perfectly fixed and paint done over the scratches can be identified.
Also the chair legs which are made of iron have rust marks on it.
To be honest, Not fully satisfied with the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Suraj delivered my sofa set and the same was also fitted by him. The delivery and service is fine.
The sofa set is good, but it is too wide and too long dimensionally as it occupied much space in my drawing room. For small drawing room, other options could be better perhaps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These cupboard only look good in the showroom,
Cause there the shelves are empty, the display one's are bit solid with good quality hinges I believe.
Even until installation its good, but as soon as you start keeping clothes, the thin sides and clamps can no longer stand, and the cupboard starts to tilt.
Just to keep things straight, I have to evenly distribute and keep clothes.
Have added video of how the gates are making noise (?) when the cupboard goes out of shape.
Things to take care,
- clicks picture of hinges and plank width while choosing the product, just to compare what you receive.
- don't go for self delivery, for such costly items, cause then they'll blame everything that happened was during delivery.
- and if the shop is covering the delivery, Don't Accept The DELIVERY if it is damaged, because if they promise to fix this later on, the'll send this guy with adhesives and paint, just to patch the fix (happened with me on my last purchase), which makes it more worse.
Overall not satisfied with this purchase,
Best option is to get custom made of wood/ply, which will be more durable, instead of paying 35k for this.
