★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited this branch office to deposit some bills to reimburse claim. They said that they had to courier it to their head office Kolkata and from there they will proceed the process. Over all their behavior seems alright. Office seems busy. But if they have at least small help desk where we can be met by friendly and happy faces then that would be so great! The man who had a table just at the entrance near the door like purely a bureaucrat. But the lady who helped me to do some corrections and some extra fillings in the form was very polite and helpful.
They should also have some Nepali speaking staff in the office. Anyway my work was done here! So, I am grateful!
