The institute is extremely likely and friendly which one might not know before experiencing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greenwood Element Newtown have experienced best Dancing performance Amra Nari Amra Pari which was splendid performance . Credit goes to Soujanya the choreographer who have made many non dancer to perform well.
She is very talented and knows how to get best out of those who are sincere and follow her with dedication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Soujanna Das.
1. Extremely greedy. Kept on insisting on adding more people to the group because she was getting paid per person. Took 23 people when the actual requirement was only 12-15.
2. Was hired to prepare a dance drama of 45 mins. Final outcome was only 22 mins. Ran off on a trip right after completing choreography and was not present during practice (though that was a relief).
3. Very poor manners. There's a thin line between being strict and being rude. Did not know how to speak to ladies double her age. Her poor upbringing reflects in the way she speaks to people.
4. Lacks vision and would waste a lot of time. Was literally asking people to practice makeup on third day of practice when 95% of the dance was incomplete. Would waste almost an hour everyday in talking about absolutely unnecessary things (when majority of the participants were working women).Would take many people in one song and crowd the stage. No clue about placement as well. Not bothered if a good dancer is not even visible or if someone someone who's not that good is standing right in the centre.
5. Lastly, and I cannot emphasize on this enough, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Was doing less of dance and more of politics. Creating confusion and arguments between people. Would send screenshots of discussions with the person in charge to other group members to create drama. Wasn't bothered about final outcome instead was focusing more on pleasing people.
Summing it up, would not recommend at all. Good dancer but definitely not a good choreographer and most definitely not a good person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recomend Soujanaa to one and all. She is indeed a wonderful person apart from being a professional artist. At the age of 19 she has made a mark for herself in the field of dance and fitness. I had the oppurtunity to learn dance from her this pujo as 23 ladies from our complex performed a dance drama 'Aamra Nari Aamra Pari' which was a super duper hit because of pure dedication of our Choreographer Soujanaa.Thank you dear.
