★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very strtegic location, you can travel at all directions like Ravet Akurdi Chakan Chinchwad pimpri pimple saudagar wakad hinjewadi Aundh Shivajinagar Deccan kothrud Chandni Chowk from this Chowk by Public transport. All four side there are bus stops. Old and new mumbai Pune high way is easily accessible from both side. There are all daily convenient shops around chowk, a big market helds on every Sunday. This is big point for building workers too. Many PG accommodation around this chowk. Only negative point is incrochment of shop keepers around all side of Chowk. There is Temple at one corner another corner is occupied by food stalls. If all incrochment will be removed this will be great place for living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place for girls and boys to stay hostels rooms available in cheap 2000 to 3000 per month no water problem, no light problem as IT hingewadi and wakad highway nearby clean area as under PCMC also now no zopad patti available all removed and they have shifted in government built houses. Greenary and crowded on every sunday market so no problem for new couples in city can get all in cheap cost.
