Their workers are very bad too. They blamed me when my pedal malfunctioned just after 2 days of buying new cycle,which should not happen with new cycle

I did visited the shop to book high end mtb, but eventually they helped me not to consider them at all. Here is the reason for that. I purchased a rechargeable light and selected google pay as payment medium (suggested by owner) Once the payment is through from my end, They told me they will not let me leave the shop until they receive the transaction SMS. I waited for sometime and after that I told them to check online or in google pay application, they started making hell in shop and told me I can’t take the stuff unless they receive SMS. I even told them I won’t buy the product and once they receive the amount can send amount back to me, they just denied that too with rude words. After long argument, Owner son did checked the payment status online and then they let me go. Btw, this all happen for just 250 Rs.

Inspite of me talking politely everytime they talk as if we have asked money from them ? Be it the phone or when you go there.. The behaviour is cold and rude.. If you're smart you know the 4/5 stars reviews are mostly paid.. The genuine ones are all bad.. Iam not surprised..
P	Pritish Madaan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Schnell bicycle worth ₹18500. The cycle is useless and requires repairs after 10-15 days . I called the owner that I am having a problem with the cycle , he talked in such a rude manner which you can’t even expect . I would suggest everyone to refrain from buying cycles from here.
