And we bought cycle with alloy on 13 of nov 2020
When we gone for first ride of cycle the cycle tyre was loose and touching to its body frame the gear was not proper working..
There staff members behaviour is good but if we complain the owner comes in new look of behaviour...?
I only prefer not to buy any of cycle from here.

1) i am a keen cyclist and never have seen such good service and genuinely done. many claim many things but when its actual time to deliver they fail,but cycle world delivered what they promised. a super 5 star to the way the cycle was serviced, everything explained and only charged for what was required for.
2) excellent staff, polite and courteoues owner who goes out of the way to satisfy customer.
3) and the buying experiance was awesome and great too andd got a great deal with accessories too.
overall keep up the good work guys and any one who is wishing to buy a cycle should visit the store once and you wont be disappointed.

Cross-check and refrain from straight away making decision u may get better deals and service somewhere else ...
