Let me take you through the episode of Worst Service being offered by this service outlet under the name of Go Mechanic Car world Automotive Services, Industrial Area Chandigarh. My Car Chevrolet Beat 1.2 Red in color was picked up from my home by the team, member of the said service outlet. Kindly find the details of the Order id no 20210905936913256 of dated 06-09-2021. At that point of time the odometer reading was 20652 and the fuel status was 30% as mentioned in the service record sheet received from your end. On 06-09-2021, I was informed by the outlet that there is a requirement to change the brake pads for which I had given my consent instructing them to change it with a Rane Brand only. The car was delivered post a payment of Rs 4398 by Mr Nitish of the said workshop pretending the car has been serviced and the required brake pads have been changed. While receiving the car I instructed Mr Nitish to open the Engine Bonnet for inspection. Shockingly there was no service done and even washing was not done. Looking into this I started recording the video in my mobile and surprisingly the oil filter was not replaced by the said workshop and even all the engine and body parts were having dust particles including the air filter compartment which was full of dust when it was being opened infront of me.n This happened in front of Mr Nitish and I have shown him that the Oil filter was not changed and which he confessed that it hasn’t been changed and the same video was shared on the same day at 16:54. Here I again questioned him whether the brake pads (RANE Brand) and oil has been changed seeing the filter was not changed. Here I would like to ask you a question, If the oil filter wasn’t changed while servicing why it was being charged before delivering the vehicle. In the meanwhile Mr Nitish Aggarwal requested me that he will get the oil filter changed and offered me a free service. I allowed him to take my car for change of filter here I again questioned him that please check whether other consumables like Engine oil and Disk Pads have been changed or not. Again on the same day at late evening my car was delivered after consuming entire fuel by Mr Nitish pretending that all the things have been properly changed. while getting my vehicle alignment and balancing were being done at a centre at an odometer reading of 21081 Kms, I came to know that the Disk Pads were not changed informed to Mr Nitish and Mr Vikesh Mehra. Even I was misbehaved by Mr Nitish. This shows the quality service being offered by this service outlet. Guys , i request each one of you to ask for the replcaced parts. They are charging for the parts and intur doing nothing.

Very bad experience. Owner have no sense how to talk with customers. Koi bhi kaam dang se nhi huya .I think I will pay 2700 rs for oil change and car washing.they have also hit my car from back side bumper. Go mechnic you also do fraud with there customer . Same on you and services center also.??? Dear all please don't go this type of cheap service center.

They were assigned to me through gomechanic 3 years back. Ever since then have been visting them for my rapid's yearly service.

Absolute cheats I tell you. GUYS MAKE SURE YOU ASK PRICES SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE COMING HERE. Charged me 6500 rupees for a mere water pump and coolant change. When I got suspicious and asked around, I got to know that water pump and coolant in total should max cost me around 3500 then what are they charging me 6500 for. Furious I confronted them, they justified the bill by adding 3000 rupees as labour cost. Inki labour ne btech mechanical se kari hai kya bhai jo inko student loans utaarne hai? 3000 labour cost ? Seriously ? I reached out to go mechanics escalations teams and they took the matter in hand and got my 1500 rupees refunded. Guys make sure you check prices elsewhere before you visit these cheats.

Good service. Got my car serviced. Reliable. The owner was very nice and humble. He guided me for things I asked. Overall good experience.
