★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good staff and dealing with new cars. I jave purchased Honda city zx automatic. Which is excellent vehicle in its segment.
But cost of service is high for old honda vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very bad experience with Courtesy Honda in Industrial Area Phase 1.
I had given my Honda Jazz no CH 01 6582 for servicing on 15 Dec. The car came back after the service at 1750 hrs.
It was very dark n I couldn't not check my car then.
In the morning I went to the car to put in the accessories etc n was bitterly disappointed to see the condition of the car. Nooks n corners were still filled with dust. I opened the bonnet n was horrified to see that it was as dusty n dirty as it was before going for servicing.
I called up Mr Kartik Sharma n told my. I took several pictures to justify my disgust n disappointment. I have been calling Mr Kartik Sharma. He is not taking my calls. There has been no response from the Sevice Center.
I am very disappointed n disgusted with the behavior n careless attitude of the staff towards their clients.
Totally shameful.
I will share some pictures to justify my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting the place for getting my Honda cars over the past nineteen years. It used to be a Honda City earlier, and now it is a Honda Amaze with automatic CVT. Their servicing, reception etc. are all very good, and I have not had any cause for complaint.

The only thing they care about is extra benefits you can purchase from them. Not recommended. I requeat #Honda also to look into such matters. Customer purchase honda product on company name. Now it is company's responsibility to monitor their service providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience with them for my Car Insurance policy.
First they added my name wrong then the address pin was wrong. And to give "extra discount", they changed the date of first sale.
I won't name the employee but she committed the changes will be done by the morning, another teammate committed I will get new policy. This same employee committed if by any chance they've to cancel the policy then they'll reimburse the amount today by check as they've good relationship with Kotak bank.
Silly me, I trusted them. Now the insurance department is saying it will take 7-10 days to return the amount whereas I deposited the amount via Google Pay. They think we are stupid.
Shame on you Courtesy Honda.
