★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here is the deal. I went to this showroom to have a look at the Alcazar (one of Hyundai's cars) for my upcoming YouTube videos and the staff told me that they do not deal with the sales of Alcazar. Fair enough, right? Because they simply do not deal with it.
Now, it's not WHAT they said. It's HOW they said it. I was in very casual clothes which were a little bit dirty as well (coz that day I rode the bi-cycle for 60 kms and went to this showroom straight after that as I had to go back to house, again, on the cycle). That is the reason I didn't take a shower the that day.
I was made to feel unwanted. On principle, that was NOT a good customer service experience for me. People should know how to convey the message or information, which is what we call 'Professionalism' because a pleasant behavior also lies within that horizon.

I came here for the clutch plate as they have guided me very well and I am now happy with my vehicle now. The staff was great out here.
