★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice cars that are for Indian propose, Yes that's true that build quality of Suzuki cars is not what you can say very good. But it's my bet you are not the probably right person looking for build quality in this price range what Suzuki offers. Want safety, definitely check high end stuff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service,I don’t have option to give them negative rating .they dont know how to deal with the customer’s. I dropped my car to fix it, my car odometer reading was aprox 40k they put 97000km on it and refused to change. I specially call that guy who deal with me, Har…p was his name. I came from Ludhiana to talk to that guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional staff. The staff will make many calls before booking and once you book the car they will even not pick your calls to inform the status on car delivery. There is a high chance that they will ask you to wait and once your patience level reaches to maximum they will ask you to buy a non saleable model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using Maruti Car Since 2011 & purchased new Ertiga in 2019 and this is the worst experience I faced in 11 years with Maruti.
First time I went to Navdesh Autos plot 182/11 for repair of my Car.
Inexperienced staff right from reception to service center.
After test drive they told me that the rear side bearing is replacable I asked them to do the honors.
Firstly the part was not available in their store then they informed me that they will arrange the same soon.
After 2 hours they told me to take my car to other dealer as they are not able to arrange the part.
I was in hurry and instead of going to other dealer I take my car to a local mechanic and he informed me that the bubbling is due to driver side front flat tyre as the new Ertiga don't have a separate bearing system it comes up with a package of complete hub.
It means they (Navdesh Autos) mis guided me
to make money.
When I ask GM of the workshop about this issue ,he has no interest to listen to customer issues and just run away from the place stating service advisor ko bol do jo bhi baat h.
Why GM post is there?
If I can give anything less than 1 star to them please consider that rating.
